1. General Information

2. Services
These terms apply to all services provided by ProSkillWay, including live training sessions, workshops, and consultations. Service schedules and details are provided upon booking.
Refunds are available under the conditions described in Section 5. Some services may be non-refundable due to exclusive expert allocation and limited seating. Such non-refundable services will be clearly marked at the time of purchase and an explanation will be provided.
3. Digital Products
Digital products include downloadable courses, webinars, and documents. Due to the immediate availability of digital content, requests for refunds must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and before any access or download occurs.
4. Physical Goods
Physical goods sold through ProSkillWay may be sent back within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping unless the send-back is due to an error by ProSkillWay.
5. Refund Policy
All refund requests must be submitted using our contact form. Requests received after the specified period will not be processed.
- Service Refunds: Eligible service refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval. ProSkillWay may offer to apply the refund as credit toward another service of equal value.
- Digital Product Refunds: If no access or download has occurred and the request is within 14 days of purchase, a full refund will be issued within 7 days of approval.
- Physical Goods Refunds: Approved refunds for goods will be issued within 14 days of ProSkillWay receiving the item sent back to us. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the fault lies with ProSkillWay.
Non-refundable Services: Some premium or bespoke services are non-refundable. This is due to the immediate allocation of expert resources and reserved scheduling. Such services will be identified before purchase, and the rationale for non-refundability will be stated.
6. Rescheduling Policy
For services, customers may reschedule by submitting a request at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and will not incur additional fees.
